The Internet gives us infinite capacity to construct upon it; but each of us only constructs as per our individual limited capacities! Development, design, etc.

I strongly recommend to our young scientific community to do deep studies of the Net. Be it the anatomy of websites, webpages, domain structures, URLs, servers, scripting software used on the client/server sides, web design and various constructs and/or structures; both strategic and operative.
CSS, Flash, javascript are recommended for design and client-side scripting. For structuring nets like Orkut, ASP.NET could be of good use. Facebook types would require splashes of flash, CSS, etc.
